Diana Villarreal, born in Colombia, moved to the U.S. at a young age, graduated from Naples High School, and earned degrees in Business Administration, Marketing, and Communication. Early in her career, she owned Hispanic media outlets and began helping median- and low-income families with real estate.
She gained expertise in distressed assets and short sales, becoming a top-ten REO agent in Collier County, and later expanded to middle and upper-market transactions, completing over 2,000 real estate deals. Diana is recognized for her marketing and business acumen, active volunteering, and service as President of the Women's Council of Realtors.
In 2014, she founded Xclusive Homes with 12 agents in a small office, emphasizing multiculturalism, family-oriented culture, elite training, and state-of-the-art technology. She has built a coaching-focused, high-performance environment, creating a team and systems that have helped over 300 agents become top producers. Her leadership emphasizes leading by example, providing professional service, and offering agents clear roadmaps for success.
